3, the purpose of cooperation

Third, the content of the cooperation
1, the obligations of the Party

3. Party A's rights
1) Supervise and guide Party B's urban construction work according to law.
2) Protect the legal rights and interests of Party B and other investors according to law.
4. Rights of Party B
1.) To carry out independent operation and accounting in accordance with law, and not to be subject to illegal interference by anyone.
2.) The right to receive incentive payments or suitable economic compensation in accordance with the law.
3.) Have the right to distribute and gain from the company's assets, and have the right to acquire, merge, reorganize, and list the company.
5, A and B *** with the obligations

6, the first phase of cooperation projects

7, preferential policies

Fourth, the working arrangement
After the signing of this Cooperation Framework Agreement comes into effect, Party A and Party B will set up a joint working implementation team to promote the implementation of the relevant work:

V. Confidentiality terms

VI. Signed into force
1. There is no exclusivity in the way of cooperation between A and B. Both parties can cooperate with other corresponding partners at the same time.
2. This agreement is valid for a period of years, from the date of the year to the date of the year for the implementation of the agreed cooperation program. Upon expiration of this Agreement, both parties shall give priority to the renewal of the cooperation with the other party.
3. If either party terminates the agreement in advance, the other party should be notified one month in advance; if one party terminates the agreement without authorization, the other party will reserve the right to pursue the defaulting party.
4. This agreement is a framework agreement for cooperation, cooperation projects in the specific matters to be further clarified in the formal contract. The framework agreement and the formal cooperation contract constitute an inseparable whole, as a legal document of the cooperation between the two parties.
5. The relationship between the two parties is mutually beneficial and all content and services are provided free of charge.
6. This "Cooperation Framework Agreement" is a four-part document, with two copies retained by each party, which has the same legal effect, and is duly signed into effect by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties.
