Hubei College of Arts and Sciences reports the health dynamics of international students to the relevant departments of the city on a daily basis, measures the temperature of international students twice a day, carries out psychological intervention in a timely manner, and effectively pacifies the students with large psychological fluctuations due to the epidemic. Publishing publicity materials such as the Chinese and English versions of the precautionary measures against the new coronary pneumonia and the epidemic prevention and control notification letter to persuade international students not to go out. Timely solve various difficulties encountered by international students and provide them with epidemic prevention materials such as thermometers, masks and disinfectant in time to guarantee the daily protection needs of every international student. The university also purchases living materials in time to ensure the living needs of international students, and arranges a special purchasing car to make centralized purchases for students who have additional purchasing needs. The university maintains communication with the embassies and consulates of the countries where the international students reside in China, and informs the international students of the situation at school in a timely manner.
3. Actively organize online teaching. For students who are at home on vacation, the four universities have formulated online teaching organization and implementation plans in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education to ensure the quality and effectiveness of students' online learning. For some students in mountainous areas and rural poverty-stricken areas who lack network and traffic flow for online learning and have difficulties in online learning, the schools also actively think of ways to ensure that every student "does not fall behind" by adopting the forms of pushing high-quality teaching resources and precise assistance.
