What does it mean by conductive slip ring

Conductive slip ring belongs to the category of electrical contact sliding connection application, which is also known as collector ring, rotary joint, rotary electrical interface, slip ring, collector ring, converter ring, coil, commutator, adapter, is to realize the two relative rotating mechanism of data, signal and power transmission of the precision power transmission device. It is especially suitable for the application of unlimited continuous rotation, and at the same time need to realize the power or data transmission between the fixed position and the rotating position of the device.

It consists of elastic materials - brushes, sliding contact surface materials - conductive ring, insulating materials, bonding materials, combination bracket, precision bearings, dust cover and other auxiliary parts. Brushes are made of precious metal alloy material with good conductivity, "II" type and conductive ring ring groove symmetrical double contact, with the help of brush elasticity pressure and conductive ring ring groove sliding contact to pass the signal and current.
