Reimbursement of Farmers' Cooperative

I) Outpatient Reimbursement Participating farmers are entitled to reimbursement for outpatient visits to designated medical institutions within counties (districts). The reimbursement rate is 30%, with a ceiling of RMB 30 yuan; if the cumulative personal outpatient expenses exceed RMB 500 yuan, the reimbursement rate for the excess portion is 30%, with a ceiling of RMB 600 yuan.  (ii) Hospitalization compensation 1. Township (township) health centers and the corresponding level of fixed-point medical institutions: 30% of compensation for medical expenses incurred less than 300 yuan; 70% of compensation for medical expenses incurred more than 300 yuan (not included) and less than 2,000 yuan; 50% of compensation for medical expenses incurred more than 2,000 yuan (not included).  (2) County-level fixed-point medical institutions: 25% for medical expenses incurred up to 500 yuan; 65% for expenses incurred over 500 yuan (not included) and up to 10,000 yuan; 50% for expenses incurred over 10,000 yuan (not included).  (3) Level 2 designated medical institutions within the city: 25% of medical expenses incurred up to RMB 500; 55% of medical expenses incurred over RMB 500 (not included) and up to RMB 10,000; and 50% of medical expenses incurred over RMB 10,000 (not included).  (4) Tertiary designated medical institutions within the city: 20% of the medical expenses incurred up to RMB 1,000; 45% of the medical expenses incurred above RMB 1,000 and up to RMB 10,000; and 40% of the medical expenses incurred above RMB 10,000 (not included).  5. Provincial and other designated medical institutions outside the city: 20% of the medical expenses incurred up to RMB 1,000; 40% of the medical expenses incurred above RMB 1,000 (not included) and up to RMB 10,000; 35% of the medical expenses incurred above RMB 10,000 (not included).
