The director of the hospital decides to employ a veteran nurse practitioner, Linda Ku, to carry out reforms and sends a commissioner from the Medical Services Department to conduct regular inspections. Linda takes over the post and immediately launches a major reform, trying to improve the hospital's services by various means, and in order to strengthen the patient care services, she also recruits a large number of new trainee nurses to train up Minnie Fong, Ji Chun-chieh, Lam Shan-shan, Ho Ka-li and Ah-tan, and so on, who are all joining the hospital's services.

Yu Yun and the other four trainee doctors fall in love with Minnie and the other four nurses, and try every possible means to start a passionate pursuit of them, but they are obstructed by Lien Tat, and the two sides use their own tactics to cause jokes and jokes. The two sides have been trying their best to get rid of each other, which has led to a lot of jokes.
