1. Insured persons who live in other places for a long time can fill in the application form for medical treatment in other places and choose 1-5 designated hospitals in their place of residence. The hospitalization medical expenses incurred in the selected designated hospitals will be borne according to the hospital level. The minimum payment does not reduce the reimbursement ratio.

2. Steps for handling procedures for medical treatment in other places

(1) Fill in the "Registration Form for Medical Treatment at Designated Medical Institutions for Insured Persons Living Abroad and Living in Other Places";

(2) Written application by myself (briefly describing the reasons for long-term residence in a different place);

(3) Proof of long-term residence in a different place (copy of household registration book, copy of temporary residence permit, permanent residence at the local police station or community neighborhood committee or work one of the certificates of the unit).

3. The medical insurance fund will not pay for medical expenses incurred in other places without going through the procedures for medical treatment in other places (except for emergencies).

4. For insured persons who have gone through the procedures for medical treatment in other places, the hospitalization medical expenses incurred in designated medical institutions within the coordinated area will be reimbursed in accordance with the relevant regulations for medical treatment in other places.
