Article XIII Principles of Admission

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 21 This constitution is based on national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of higher levels. If the previous requirements and regulations of the school about enrollment work are in conflict with this charter, this charter shall prevail, and if there is any inconsistency between this charter and the relevant policies of the state, the relevant policies of the state and the higher level shall prevail.
