Medical institutions above the second level must be equipped with several full-time personnel

Medical institutions and medical personnel strictly implement the first diagnosis responsibility system, timely reporting of statutory infectious diseases in accordance with the law, responsible for the implementation of the management requirements of infectious disease information reporting.

1. Formulate the working procedures for infectious disease reporting and clarify the responsibilities of all relevant departments in the management of infectious disease information reporting.

2. Establish and improve the system of infectious disease diagnosis, registration, reporting, training, quality management and self-examination.

3. Establish or designate specific departments and specialized (part-time) personnel responsible for the management of infectious disease information reporting. Secondary and above medical institutions must be equipped with two or more full-time (part-time) staff, the second level of medical institutions below at least one full-time (part-time) staff.

4. Level 1 and above medical institutions should be equipped with special computers and related network equipment for infectious disease information reporting to protect the epidemic report and its management.

5. Responsible for the unit's relevant medical personnel for infectious disease diagnostic standards and information reporting management techniques and other content training.

6. Responsible for the daily management of infectious disease information reporting, audit and inspection, network reporting (data exchange) and quality control, regular reports on the unit of infectious diseases and the quality of the report to analyze and summarize and inform.
