Are scrap metal products made of hazardous waste?

Toxic and hazardous waste refers to:

(1) Organic wastes such as waste tissues, dead babies, nursing supplies, dressings contaminated by blood or secretions, discarded medical devices, and polluted garbage generated in clinics, laboratories, operating rooms, waiting rooms, disposal rooms, pathological autopsy rooms and wards of various medical units;

(2) All kinds of animal carcasses raised by scientific research units and individuals for experimental purposes;

(3) Dead bodies and waste residues from slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, veterinary stations and quarantine stations;

(four) expired, counterfeit, shoddy, deteriorated goods, food, medicines and other toxic and harmful substances found by the relevant departments in the process of counterfeiting and inspection;

(five) toxic and harmful wastes and articles identified by the relevant departments.
