Wuhu Vocational and Technical College, located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, is a full-time ordinary higher vocational school organized by Wuhu Municipal People's Government.
It is the first batch of national demonstration higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province, and it is an excellent institution for evaluating the talent training level of higher vocational colleges in China. It is the second batch of demonstration schools in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units in China.

The school was founded in 1983, formerly known as Wuhu United University. /kloc-0 changed its name to Wuhu Vocational and Technical College in May, 1997. In August 2000, Wuhu Agricultural School was merged into the school. 20 12 in may, the school merged with Wuhu information vocational and technical college to form a new Wuhu vocational and technical college.
In 2022, Wuhu Normal School and the secondary vocational school affiliated to Wuhu Vocational and Technical College merged into the school to form the Vocational and Technical Teachers College.
