Third, the internship process
Yuntian substation belongs to the national grid Zhuzhou Electricity Bureau under the site. The bureau has 45 substations of 35kV and above, with a total capacity of 353.875kVA, and Yuntian 500kV substation under its jurisdiction has a capacity of 1.5 million kVA, which has entered the ranks of mega substations in the country, and is one of the core components of the rhombic ultra-high-voltage ring network in Hunan Province. At present, the bureau has 1297.57 kilometers of transmission lines of 35kV and above, 5127.58 kilometers of distribution lines, **** there are more than 40,000 high and low voltage users. The substation adopts the measure of double power station transmission. As power is supplied to the substation from two different power plants independently through two lines. During normal operation, the substation uses one of the power sources, and the other is activated in the event of a power failure on the line being used. After the external high voltage power enters the substation, it is connected to the transformer input through the isolating switch, voltage transformer, and current transformer. ab When the two feeders are in normal operation, the a line is connected to the a transformer through the isolating switch, and when the a transformer fails, it can be connected to the b transformer, and it can be supplied by the b line to the a transformer or the b transformer in order to ensure that the railroad can be operated normally. The transformer converts the outside 500kv high voltage power to the 110kv low voltage power required by the locomotive. Because the transformer voltage is very high, the power is very large, so the heat generated by the transformer is very large, how to reduce the temperature of the transformer to ensure its normal operation is essential. In order to reduce the temperature, each transformer is equipped with a lot of heat sinks, when the main body temperature exceeds 55 degrees Celsius, the radiator low fan automatically start, 85 degrees Celsius automatic trip, indicating that the line failure, the role of temperature protection. After that, we came to the high-voltage room. The high voltage room is clearly divided into input and feeder. The internal equipment is separated by many iron bars, and much of the equipment inside is imported, with automatic power feed and trip protection, and has not failed in ten years. In the main control room, there are two technicians monitoring the working status of each instrument of the main control equipment at any time, the main control equipment is huge in size and perfect in function, with many functions such as fault display, fault analysis, automatic protection, etc., which brings great convenience to the management operation. When tripped, the green light will flash, while the bell rings for alarm. When the line breaks on the railroad, it can show the distance of the break point from the substation on the display of the main control panel, thus bringing convenience for timely maintenance. Finally, we took a look at the structure and working condition of the whole substation, and had a more intuitive and clear understanding of it.
