Chapter II Management Responsibilities

Article 4 The health administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels shall be responsible for the health care management of child care institutions, supervise and urge the implementation of children's health care systems and norms, and strengthen supervision, inspection and guidance.

The education administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels shall assist the health administrative departments to inspect and guide the health care work of kindergartens, and incorporate the quality of health care work into the annual assessment and classified management of kindergartens.

Article 5 Maternal and child health care institutions shall, according to the principle of territorial management, be responsible for the professional guidance of health care work in nurseries and kindergartens within their jurisdiction, including: dietary nutrition, physical exercise, health examination, health education, injury accident prevention, etc.

Disease prevention and control institutions shall regularly provide disease prevention and control consulting services and guidance for child care institutions within their jurisdiction, including disease prevention and control, sanitation and disinfection, etc.

Eleventh county-level maternal and child health care institutions are responsible for organizing and convening regular meetings on health care work in nurseries and kindergartens within their respective jurisdictions, and urging the implementation of health care work. Article 21 Pre-job health examination and requirements:

(1) Before taking up their posts, the staff of nurseries and kindergartens must undergo health examination in accordance with the items specified in the Measures for the Administration of Health Care in Nurseries and Kindergartens and obtain the Health Certificate for Nurseries and Kindergartens before taking up their posts.

Twenty-second regular health examination and management requirements:
