Seismic brace specification requirements

Anti-seismic brace is based on GB50981-2014 "Seismic Design Code for Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering": ?

Article 1.0.4 (strong article) stipulates that seismic design intensity of 6 degrees and 6 degrees above the region of the building mechanical and electrical works must be seismic design. Article 3.1.6 specifies the content of the need for seismic defense:

①Suspended piping in the gravitational force greater than 1.8kN equipment;

②DN65 or more of the life of the water supply, fire fighting piping system;

3 rectangular cross-sectional area of greater than or equal to 0.38 square meters and circular diameter of greater than or equal to 0.7m air duct system;

4 for the Electrical piping with inner diameter greater than or equal to 60mm and cable ladder racks, cable trunking boxes and bus ducts with gravity greater than or equal to 150N/m. Article 3.1.8 stipulates that the building mechanical and electrical engineering program piping that passes through the seismic isolation layer should be connected by flexible connection or other means, and seismic bracing should be installed on both sides of the seismic isolation layer.

Article 4.1.2.1 stipulates that when the straight-line length of water supply and drainage risers in high-rise buildings in 8-degree and 9-degree areas is greater than 50m, anti-vibration measures are appropriate; when the straight-line length is greater than 100m, anti-vibration measures should be taken.?

Article 4.1.2.3 stipulates that indoor water supply, hot water and fire fighting pipeline pipe diameter greater than or equal to DN65 horizontal piping, when it is fixed by hangers, brackets or brackets, should be set up according to the requirements of anti-vibration support.

Article 5.1.2.4 stipulates that piping in boiler rooms, refrigeration plant rooms and heat exchange stations shall have reliable lateral and longitudinal seismic support. Multiple pipelines *** with support hangers or pipe diameter greater than or equal to 300mm single pipeline support hangers, it is appropriate to use the door type seismic support.?

Article 5.1.3.3 stipulates that rectangular cross-sectional area greater than or equal to 0.38 square meters and circular diameter greater than or equal to 0.70m ducts can be used seismic support hangers.?

Article 5.1.4 (strong) stipulates that smoke ducts, accident ventilation ducts and related equipment shall use seismic hangers.?

Article 5.1.5.4 stipulates that air-conditioning units, fans and other equipment with gravity greater than 1.8kN should not be installed by lifting. When it must be lifting, should be avoided above the location of personnel activities and evacuation routes, but should be set up seismic support hangers.

Article 6.1.1 stipulates that gas pipelines with an internal diameter greater than or equal to 25mm should be designed for seismic resistance, and the installation of seismic bracing of pipelines should be in accordance with the provisions of the?

Article 6.2.8 provides that in buildings with a building height greater than 50m, gas piping should be set up at appropriate intervals for seismic bracing in accordance with the seismic requirements of the building.

Article 7.1.2 stipulates that electrical piping with an internal diameter of not less than 60mm and cable ladder racks, cable trunking boxes and bus ducts with a gravity of not less than 150N/m should be seismically defended.
