Gan Dachun, male, born in April 1965, originating from Fuquan, Guizhou, Han nationality, joined the workforce in August 1988, joined the Chinese **** production party in December 1996, university degree, is currently the deputy director of Fuquan Health Supervision Bureau, in September 2012 as a deputy section, to be appointed as the deputy director of Fuquan Health and Family Planning Bureau.
Yuxi, is a tributary of the Min River, a river that flows alone into the sea in Fujian Province. Originating from the northwest foot of Daiyun Mountain (i.e., Pingshan Township, Dada County), the source is Pingshan Creek. From Honghu to Baimazhai, it is called Junxi; from Baimazhai to Chengguan of Youxi County, it is called Banmianxi; and below Chengguan of Youxi County, it is called Youxi, with Wenxi and ___touxi converging into it. Youxi flows from south to north into the Min River at the mouth of Youxi.
