Article IV of the following housing construction and municipal infrastructure construction projects must be carried out in accordance with the law of preliminary design review:

Two, large municipal industry construction projects:

(I) water supply projects: 100,000 cubic meters / day and above, water purification plant, 200,000 cubic meters / day and above, pumping stations, pipe diameter of 1600 mm and above the pipeline network project;

(II) drainage projects: 80,000 cubic meters / day and above, sewage treatment plants, 100,000 cubic meters / day and above, pumping stations, pipe diameter of 1500 mm and above the pipeline network project;

(C) gas engineering: 100 million cubic meters / year and above, the city gas transmission and distribution system (including gate stations, reserve stations, regulating stations, the overall project at all levels of pressure pipeline network system), 300,000 cubic meters / day and above, artificial gas plant, 4,000 bottles / day filling capacity and above, the city's liquefied petroleum gas reserve station, gas car refueling station;

(E) bridge projects: single span 40 meters and above, total length of 100 meters and above;

(F) urban tunnel projects (regardless of scale);

(G) public **** traffic engineering: Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), electrical systems, public **** traffic engineering;

(H) public transport projects: rapid transit system (BRT) ), electrical systems, public **** traffic lanes, 6,000 square meters and above, bus stations, bus hubs;

(viii) rail transit projects (regardless of scale);

(ix) environmental sanitation projects and solid waste disposal projects: domestic waste incineration projects, 500 tons per day and above, sanitary landfill, 300 tons per day and above, heap (make) fertilizer Project, 400 tons per day and above the transfer station, hazardous waste disposal, 5 tons per day and above the medical waste treatment works.

Municipal infrastructure construction projects belonging to private capital and foreign capital shall be examined by the competent administrative department of housing and urban-rural construction in conjunction with the competent departments of urban and rural planning, municipal roads, urban management, water supply and drainage, and gas, as well as experts, according to the project category.

Article 8 The construction unit to apply for preliminary design review, shall submit the following materials:

Article 11 The preliminary design shall be reviewed in accordance with the following procedures:

(e) violation of the statutory capital construction procedures.
