1. The switch cabinet conforms to the national standard IEC439- 1 Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, the national standard GB725 1 Low-voltage switchgear and VDE660 Part 5 and the professional standard ZBK3600 1 Low-voltage draw-out switchgear.

If there is any latest standard above, the new standard shall prevail.

Second, the main structural characteristics of low-voltage cabinet:

1, the frame is a combined structure, and the basic skeleton is assembled by galvanized C-section steel. The chest of drawers, back panel, left and right side panels, upper and lower panels and partitions are all made of 2mm thick aluminum-zinc plated plates. Three-dimensional plate is used, and there is no welded structure connected by bolts.

2. The holes of the frame and parts are changed according to the template E=25mm.

3. Galvanize the front panel of low-voltage cabinet and other internal structural parts and accessories. After degreasing and drying, the plate is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder (the color is the same as that of 5# substation).

4. Safety baffle isolation is added between carriages to limit the fault range and ensure the safety of maintenance.

5. All original electrical appliances in the cabinet are updated products with reliable performance.

6. Each functional unit is isolated from each other to ensure its interchangeability, and each drawer unit is grounded, which is safe and reliable to use.

7. The main switch circuit breaker is quoted according to Changshu series (design model). Circuit breakers require large breaking capacity, small volume, accurate time limit and stable performance. The electrical parameters of the configured circuit breaker should meet the requirements of design and selection.
