10KV power transformer is S 1 1 with a capacity of 50- 1250kv. Specification and model of transformer:

1, divided into 1000KV, 750KV, 500KV, 330KV, 220KV, 1 10KV, 66KV, 35KV, 20KV, 10KV and 6KV according to the voltage.

2. According to the designed energy-saving order, it is divided into SJ, S7, S9, S 1 1, S 13 and S 15.

3. According to capacity: 50KVA, 80KVA, 100KVA, 125KVA, 160KVA, 250KVA, 250kva, 3 15KVA, 400KVA, 500KVA, 600kva.

Introduction of transformer box

Transformer oil is filled in the transformer box (i.e. oil tank), and the iron core and winding are immersed in the oil. The insulation strength of transformer oil is higher than that of air, which can strengthen the insulation between windings and between windings and iron core. The flowing transformer oil also helps the windings and iron core to dissipate heat. There is an oil storage tank at the upper part of the oil tank, and an oil pipe is connected with the oil tank. Transformer oil is always injected into the oil storage tank, which can fully ensure that the oil tank is full of transformer oil and prevent moisture in the air from invading.

There are many radiator pipes outside the oil tank. The heat energy generated by the running iron core and winding increases the oil temperature. The oil with high temperature rises slightly and enters the radiator pipe. The temperature of the oil in the radiator tube decreases, the density increases, then it drops in the tube and re-enters the oil tank. The heat of iron core and winding is dissipated through the natural circulation of oil.
