Main Use
Asphalt mixing plant, also can be called asphalt concrete mixing plant, the equipment can produce asphalt mixture, modified asphalt mixture, color asphalt mixture, fully meet the needs of building highways, grade highways, municipal roads, airports, ports and so on.
Components of the whole machine
The asphalt mixing plant mainly consists of batching system, drying system, combustion system, hot material lifting, vibrating screen, hot material storage bin, weighing and mixing system, asphalt supplying system, powder supplying system, dust removing system, finished product bin and control system.

Equipment Classification

1. It can be classified according to the production capacity: small, medium and large.
Small, i.e., the production rate is below 40t/h;
Medium, i.e., the production rate is from 40 to 400t/h;
Large, i.e., the production rate is more than 400t/h.
2. According to the handling mode (migration mode) can be divided into: mobile, semi-fixed and fixed.
Mobile, that is, the silo and mixing pot with tires, can be transferred with the construction site location, applicable to county and township highways and low-grade highway projects;
Semi-fixed, that is, the equipment is installed in several trailers, assembled at the construction site, mostly used for highway construction;
Fixed, that is, the equipment is fixed at a fixed place of operation, known as the asphalt concrete processing plant for the engineering Centralized, urban road construction.
3. According to the process (mixing method) can be divided into: continuous drum and intermittent forced.
Continuous drum type, i.e., continuous uninterrupted mixing production, heating and drying of aggregates and mixing of materials in the same drum continuously;
Forced intermittent, i.e., heating and drying of aggregates and mixing of materials is forced to cycle. The equipment mixes separately in one pot, and each pot mixes for 45 seconds to 60 seconds, and the output depends on the equipment model.
