Industrial enterprises are for-profit economic organizations directly engaged in industrial production and business activities (or labor). An industrial enterprise requires the following conditions:

1. to be directly engaged in the production and operation of industrial products (or industrial labor services);

2. to have the necessary material resources and premises for engaging in industrial production and operation;

3. to be economically autonomous, independently accounted for, and self-supporting;

4. to have acquired the legal personality in law.
