Following the successful listing of Huanxu Electronics, a Taiwan-funded company controlled by the brothers, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in February, this Friday (Dec. 7), Dinggu Holdings, a family-owned real estate development company in China controlled by the same two brothers, will be listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange of China. Dinggu Holdings will thus become the first real estate company with business in the mainland but listed in Taiwan. Dinggu Holding's listing file shows that the company has been investing in real estate in mainland China since 2001, with projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of about NT$16.8 billion so far, and a cumulative total of 2,910,000 square meters of developable floor space, of which 35% has been completed.
