The working principle of central oxygen system

Generally speaking, the central oxygen supply can be said to be pipeline engineering, connected to the oxygen source oxygen production system, the oxygen supply to each bed.

There are basically three types of oxygen sources: liquid oxygen stations, bottled oxygen (which requires a manifold), and molecular sieve oxygen generators.

Modern oxygen source will basically choose the molecular sieve oxygen concentrator, the manifold backup.

The principle of molecular sieve oxygen generator is simply to take air as raw material, use the physical characteristics of molecular sieve, under the condition of normal temperature and low pressure, use the molecular sieve to increase the adsorption capacity of nitrogen (adsorbent) in the air when pressurized, and the characteristics of nitrogen adsorption capacity of the air when depressurized are reduced to form a rapid cycle of adsorption by pressurizing and desorption by depressurizing to separate the oxygen and nitrogen in the air and the oxygen, gaseous acid, carbon dioxide and gaseous acid in the air are separated. Carbon dioxide, gaseous acid and other gaseous oxides in the air are substances with strong molecular polarity, which are difficult to pass through the molecular sieve, so that the purity of the output oxygen reaches 93%±3%v/v or more. The specific oxygen production process is shown below.
