Martensitized stainless steel passivation technology is now more mature. Especially in medical equipment, knives, stainless steel materials are used more and need higher corrosion resistance, which requires passivation treatment. Passivation of martensitic materials is slightly more complex than stainless steel, "tongcaidunhua" micro more detailed passivation method, the general process for: cleaning, passivation, strengthening (with bit) washing and drying.
The operation method is simple and effective. Generally able to enhance the rustproof performance 50~200 times. Salt spray performance is generally able to 72-240 hours (different materials, different processing technology salt spray performance is slightly different)
