Article 86 of the Special Equipment Safety Law. If any unit that produces, operates, or uses special equipment commits any of the following circumstances in violation of the provisions of this Law, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit; if it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be ordered to stop using the relevant special equipment. Equipment or production and business suspension for rectification shall be subject to a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan: (1) Failure to equip special equipment safety management personnel, testing personnel and operators with corresponding qualifications; (2) Using personnel without corresponding qualifications to engage in Safety management, testing and operation of special equipment; (3) Failure to provide safety education and skills training for special equipment safety management personnel, testing personnel and operators.
Special operations: refer to operations that are prone to accidents and may cause major harm to the safety and health of the operator, others, and the safety of equipment and facilities. The scope of special operations is specified in the special operations catalog. The term "special operations personnel" as mentioned in these regulations refers to employees who are directly engaged in special operations. The certificate held by special operations personnel is a special operation operation certificate.
Application requirements: (1) Over 18 years old, and not exceeding the national statutory retirement age; (2) Passed a physical examination by a community or medical institution at or above the county level, (3) Have a junior high school education or above ; (4) Possess necessary safety technical knowledge and skills; (5) Other conditions specified for corresponding special operations.
