Passengers shall claim their baggage at the airport immediately after the arrival of the flight by presenting the identification link of the baggage tag. If necessary, the passenger's ticket shall be surrendered. The Carrier shall not be responsible for whether the person claiming the baggage is indeed the passenger himself or herself, or for any losses and expenses incurred as a result of the delivery of the baggage by the Carrier with the identification link of the baggage tag. The passenger, when collecting the baggage, if there is no objection, it is considered that the checked baggage has been delivered in good condition. A passenger who loses the identification link of the baggage tag shall immediately report the loss to the Carrier. If the passenger requests to claim the baggage, he/she shall provide sufficient proof to the Carrier and issue a receipt when he/she claims the baggage. Carrier shall not be liable if the Baggage has been fraudulently claimed prior to the declaration of loss.

Undeliverable Baggage

Undeliverable Baggage that remains unclaimed for more than 90 days from the day following the arrival of the Baggage may be disposed of by the Carrier in accordance with the provisions relating to undeliverable Baggage.

In case of delay, loss or damage in the transportation of baggage, the carrier or its agent at the stopover or destination of the flight shall fill in the "Baggage Transportation Incident Record" together with the passengers to find out the situation and reasons as soon as possible, and reply the results of the investigation to the passengers and the relevant units. In case of baggage compensation, it shall be handled at the stopping place or destination. The compensation for temporary living goods shall not be refunded. If the passenger is found to have obvious fraudulent behavior, the Carrier shall have the right to recover the full compensation.

The passenger whose checked baggage is lost or damaged shall submit a claim for compensation to the Carrier or agent in accordance with the legal time limit, and attach the passenger ticket (or photocopy), the identification link of the baggage tag, the "Baggage Transportation Accident Record", the vouchers proving the content and price of the baggage, and any other relevant certificates.
