A. SMT mounter of the basic structure of the composition

Theoretically, the magnetic scale and grating transmission accuracy is higher than the screw transmission; but in terms of maintenance and repair, the screw transmission is easier.

6, mounting tools (suction nozzle) - different shapes and sizes of components to be used in different suction nozzle pick and place, the general components using a vacuum suction nozzle, for shaped components (such as connectors without sucking the plane, etc.) are also used in the mechanical claw structure.

7, centering system - mechanical centering, laser centering, laser plus visual centering, and full visual centering system.

8, computer control system - computer control system is the command center of all operations of the mounting machine, most of the current SMT mounter computer control system using Windows interface.
