Our fresh graduates of Dalian Maritime 20 13 in navigation technology, marine engineering and maritime management had better not apply for the exam. Why?
First, the examination in Guigang is difficult, and there are too many interview tricks, which leads to higher written test scores. According to the internal network of the Maritime Safety Administration, the interview line for recruitment in Guigang is not high, but the final candidate has a written national examination 120, and the interview score is above 85. (It is also a verbal requirement not to resign within five years, level 6 and level 2, which is not clear in the recruitment requirements, and will be verbally agreed during the interview). This score is higher than that of Shanghai, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong, and the Yangtze River Maritime Bureau is much higher. It is estimated that the major it recruits only requires maritime affairs, without subdivision, and it is not limited to fresh graduates. During the interview, Guigang tends to recruit more than two pairs and get extra points. I am not interested in the undergraduate students who need long-term training, and I am even more dismissive of junior college students. The attitude towards junior college students is far less than that of Hechi and Wuzhou Bureau.
Second, the salary of Guigang Bureau is low. Although I have been complaining that the internship salary of Fujian Inland River Bureau is not too high, the total salary is still much higher than that of Guigang, and its salary is not as good as that of our coastal maritime bureaus in Fujian, such as Fuzhou Maritime Bureau, Xiamen Bureau, Putian Bureau, Quanzhou Bureau and Zhangzhou Bureau. Its salary is only a quarter of that of our Fujian Coastal Bureau. Generally speaking, the coastal maritime bureau is several times higher than the inland maritime bureau (except Heilongjiang and the Yangtze River, Heilongjiang Maritime Bureau pays 13 months' salary every year, and only works for about 5 months, because it has a rest in the frozen port, which is the easiest of all maritime bureaus). Judging from the salary bar in the intranet, the salary in Guigang is much lower than that in Hechi, Wuzhou and Baise Maritime Bureau, all of which are Guangxi Inland River Maritime Bureau.
Third, the working environment is poor, working on remote barges all the year round; Fourth, the promotion is slow, very slow, because in the past, there was only the College Entrance Examination Bureau, and people at the level of deputy director and clerk were all old mechanics and rafters who had worked in Guigang Maritime Safety Administration for more than five years. When they were promoted, their qualifications were inferior to others.
At that time, the class teacher told them not to report to Guangxi Inland River Bureau; However, there are still two college students who refused to listen, spent a lot of energy and money, and were admitted to Guigang Maritime Safety Administration (written interview). One of them is still suffering, and now he is still single and lonely, with no house, no car and no woman. After working for 17 days, I resigned. Unfortunately, he scored 17.5 in the written test and 20 points in the interview. I hope that Dalian Maritime's schoolmates will not follow in their footsteps.
