Article 3 Division of responsibilities

1) Establish office equipment (fixed assets) account books and manage them in categories;

2) Take inventory of the used equipment on a regular basis, and check whether the name, specification and quantity contained in the equipment account books are consistent with the actual situation at any time;

3) Make labels, and indicate the number, name and responsible person on the equipment;

4) Assist in purchasing office equipment and price verification.

2. The president's office is the equipment maintenance department, which is responsible for:

1) Procurement, installation and acceptance of office equipment;

2) Please repair the fault, track the whole maintenance process, and draw up the office equipment maintenance plan regularly;

3) Supervise all user departments to carry out daily maintenance according to the specifications;

4) Establishment of basic information of office equipment, such as instructions, warranty cards, accessories, contact information of maintenance manufacturers, etc.

3. The office equipment use department is responsible for:

1) Assist in the installation and acceptance of newly purchased office equipment;

2) declare the fault and assist the maintenance management department to repair the faulty machine;

3) Daily maintenance such as equipment cleaning, arrangement and surrounding environment cleaning.

Article 4 Maintenance

Section 1 Computer

A. the daily maintenance of the monitor is mainly based on dust removal. When removing dust, the power supply must be turned off. Wipe the screen from the center of the screen regularly with a clean wet cloth to remove screen dust. Always remove dust and dirt from the shell to keep the appearance clean and beautiful.

B. When plugging and unplugging the power cord and signal cord, it must be turned off first to avoid damaging the interface circuit components. When transporting the monitor for a long distance, you should put it back in the original box.

C. Do not put the container full of water on the casing, so as to avoid water flowing into the machine, causing short circuit and component damage.

2. Keyboard

A. keep the keyboard clean. Once the keyboard has traces of stolen goods or oil stains, it should be cleaned up in time. Don't clean the keyboard with alcohol, and don't let water flow into the keyboard. Cleaning work must be carried out in the case of power failure.

B. Different types of keyboards cannot be replaced at will. When replacing the keyboard, it must be done when the computer is turned off, and the keyboard interface is inserted into the location specified by the host.

C. When operating the keyboard, the actions of the keys should be appropriate, not too hard, to prevent the mechanical parts of the keys from being damaged and invalid.

A. When the mouse is used for a long time and the mouse ball is inflexible, it is necessary to clean the mouse ball. You can take the mouse ball out, wipe it with a clean alcohol cotton ball, then dry it with a soft cloth and reinstall it.

4. Power supply

A ensure that the input voltage of the power supply is consistent with the power supply voltage, especially when installing or moving the machine.

B. don't switch the power supply frequently. If there is a "crash" during use, try to use a warm boot (Ctrl+Alt+Delete). If cold start is necessary, turn it off 10-30 seconds before turning it on. It takes time for the protection circuit to recover and the capacitor to discharge. Power-on and power-off are most likely to cause faults.

5. Floppy drive/floppy disk

A. don't scratch the disc. The disc should not be deformed, damp, close to the magnetic field, etc.

B the floppy disk containing important programs or data should be write-protected to avoid data loss due to operation errors.

Section 2 When the printer is working normally, it is not allowed to turn off the power forcibly, otherwise the internal components will be damaged. When the indicator light on the printer flashes continuously, a new ink cartridge must be replaced in time.

Section 3 Mobile storage devices include mobile hard disks and USB flash drives. Pay attention when using mobile hard disk. When the hard disk is running at high speed, it is forbidden to be hit by external force. It is forbidden to move the hard disk. When the mobile hard disk and USB flash drive are disconnected from the computer, relevant operations must be carried out, and the device can only be unplugged when the system prompts "It is safe to unplug the device".

In the fourth quarter, the maintenance department shall designate a special person to be responsible for the use of projection equipment. Without permission and training, it is strictly forbidden for other personnel to use this equipment. Every time you turn off the projector, you must wait until the projector's lights are completely off before turning off the power.

Section 5 Computer software and application software shall be uniformly purchased by the maintenance department. When the software is in use, it should enter or exit according to the required steps to avoid damaging the software. It is forbidden to install other software on the company computer to avoid the spread of viruses.

Section 6 Daily documents and data shall be backed up by each department and company. Before 30th of each month, the maintenance department is responsible for backing up important file data with mobile storage devices. Every department and company is responsible for the daily anti-virus work, which requires at least one anti-virus and upgrade once a week. The anti-virus software is provided by the maintenance department.

Article 7 The cleaning and maintenance of computers should follow the principle that whoever uses them is responsible for cleaning. Clean the exterior twice a week, and don't use a wet rag. The interior must be cleaned once every quarter, and the dust must be blown off with a brush or special tool. The maintenance department conducts random inspections.
