Medical Mall is essentially a medical complex, which originated in the United States in the 1980s and translated into Chinese as "Medical Mall". Different from the hospitals and clinics operated independently in the past, the Medical Mall is a hospital "patched together" by many medical institutions. The biggest feature of "Medicine Mall" is "* * * enjoyment". All medical institutions in the hospital enjoy the basic medical technology departments, pharmacies and operating rooms, and * * * bears the cost of using medical equipment.

According to the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Health Planning Commission, there is no rigid requirement for the setting of corresponding departments and facilities in medical institutions, and the relevant entrustment agreement can be used as the basis for medical institutions to register related diagnosis and treatment subjects. This reply directly broke through the current setting standards of medical institutions and indirectly broke the evaluation system of tertiary medical institutions in China.

According to the relevant regulations, the corresponding requirements of equipment and hardware are important assessment indicators of different levels of hospitals. Yu Xinle, director of the Medical Affairs Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Health Planning Commission, believes that the most direct benefits of the two breakthroughs are that it will greatly reduce the investment and operating costs of social capital to run medical services, and more importantly, it will greatly increase the freedom of doctors' practice.

At present, the medical insurance system of the whole international medical mall has not been opened, and most medical sharing activities have not been included in the social basic medical insurance system. Yu Xinle believes that the emergence of the medical mall will effectively enhance the medical service experience and allow doctors to practice more in big strides.
