Section 2: Calculation of Heat and Humidity Load
Article 5.2.1 The heat dissipation of computers and other equipments shall be calculated according to the technical data of the products.
Article 5.2.2 The heat and humidity load of the air conditioning of the electronic computer room shall include the following: i. heat dissipation of computers and other equipment; ii. heat transfer of the building envelope; iii. solar radiation heat; iv. human body heat and humidity; v. lighting fixtures heat dissipation; vi. fresh air load.
Section 3 Airflow Organization
Article 5.3.1 The airflow organization of air-conditioning system of the main engine room and the basic working room shall be considered in accordance with the requirements of the equipment for air-conditioning, the cooling method of the equipment itself, the density of the equipment arrangement, the heat generated by the equipment, and the requirements of the temperature and humidity of the room, the indoor wind speed, dustproofing, noise elimination and other requirements, and in conjunction with the building conditions.
Article 5.3.2 The form of airflow organization shall be determined according to the requirements of the computer system, and when there is no clear requirement, it can be determined according to Table
Table 5.3.2 Airflow organization, air outlet and temperature difference of air supply Airflow organization Downward-feeding upward-returning upward-feeding upward-returning (or side-returning) Side-feeding side-returning Air supply outlet 1. grille air outlet with adjustable multi-leaf valve 2. bar-shaped air outlet (movable floor with bar-shaped air outlet) 3. Orifice plate 1. diffuser 2. with diffuser plate air outlet 3. orifice plate 4. louvered air outlet 5. grille air outlet 1. louvered air outlet 2. grille air outlet Return air outlet 1. grille air outlet 2. louvered air outlet 3. mesh plate air outlet 4. other air outlet Temperature difference between the air supply 4-6 ℃ The air supply temperature should be higher than the indoor air dew-point temperature of 4-6 ℃ 6-8 ℃ 5.3.2 selection. For equipment layout density, equipment heat generation of the host room is appropriate to use the movable floor under the delivery of the return mode. Article 5.3.3 the use of movable floor under the air supply, the exit air velocity should not be greater than 3m / s, air supply airflow should not be directly to the staff.
Section IV system design
Article 5.4.2 The mainframe room should not be equipped with heating radiators. If there are radiators must take strict measures to prevent leakage.
Article 5.4.3 The heat preservation and anechoic material of air ducts and other pipelines in the electronic computer room and its binder should be non-combustible or non-combustible materials. Cold surfaces need to be insulated for air insulation. When using movable floor under the air supply method, the floor should take thermal insulation measures.
Article 5.4.4 The air duct should not pass through the firewall and deformation joints. If you have to go through, should be set in the firewall through the fire threshold; through the deformation joints, should be set on both sides of the fire damper. The fire prevention threshold should be both manual and self-control. Through the firewall, deformation joints on both sides of the duct within 2m of the duct insulation materials, must be used non-combustible materials.
Article 5.4.5 The air-conditioning system shall be equipped with anechoic devices. Article 5.4.6 The host room must maintain a certain positive pressure. The pressure difference between the host room and other rooms, corridors should not be less than 4.9Pa, and the static pressure difference with the outdoor should not be less than 9.8Pa. Article 5.4.7 air-conditioning system should be taken as the maximum of the following three kinds of fresh air: First, 5% of the total indoor air supply; Second, according to the staff of each person 40m3 / h; Third, to maintain the indoor air volume required for positive pressure.
Article 5.4.8 The air conditioning air supply system in the mainframe room shall be provided with primary and secondary air filters, and the counting efficiency of the secondary air filters shall be more than 80%, and the unclassified filtration device is suitable to be located at the end of the positive pressure or the air supply outlet.
Article 5.4.9 When the main engine room needs to send cold air in winter, it can take the outdoor fresh air as the cold source.
Article 5.4.10 The electronic computer room air conditioning control device should meet the electronic computer system for temperature, humidity and dust on the positive pressure requirements.
Section 5 Equipment Selection
Article 5.5.1 The selection of air-conditioning equipment shall conform to the principles of reliable operation, economy and energy conservation. Article 5.5.2 The selection of air-conditioning systems and equipment shall be based on the type of computer, the area of the computer room, the amount of heat generated and the requirements for temperature, humidity and air dust concentration of comprehensive consideration.
Article 5.5.3 air-conditioning refrigeration equipment should be used with air-cooled condenser air-conditioning units. When water-cooled units are used, anti-freezing measures should be taken for the cooling water system in winter.
Article 5.5.4 Air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment shall be used with high efficiency, low noise and low vibration.
Article 5.5.5 The cooling capacity of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment shall have a margin of 15%-20%.
Article 5.5.6 When the computer system needs to run continuously for a long time, the air conditioning system should have a backup device.
