Global anti-epidemic rescue medical equipment

In the early days of COVID-19, there were only a few confirmed infected patients in the world, and many European countries dismissed this so-called "virus threat". They think that Europe is a developed country with advanced medical technology and facilities, so there is no need to learn from China. When they didn't realize the seriousness of the virus this time, they took their time to deal with everything that was about to break out according to the rhythm they thought was correct.

However, only two months later, COVID-19 swept across Europe. The number of confirmed cases exceeded 600,000, and the death toll reached more than 50,000. The average mortality rate in Europe even exceeds 7.5%, and the index of this series of data is still increasing, which makes people shudder. They once thought that their national strength was strong and their illusion of complete medical care was ruthlessly broken by this epidemic. In the face of this unprepared epidemic, the European medical system is almost in chaos. Unprepared European hospitals can't even provide enough medical equipment, and more infected people can't even be discharged from inpatient wards, which is desperate.

European countries are struggling to support, and many unbearable pictures have taken place. At first, Italy had no choice but to take measures to ask doctors to give priority to people with high chances of survival and give priority to young people under the same opportunity of assistance. Spain has no choice but to announce classified treatment, give up the elderly over 60 and not let them enter the ICU intensive care unit. Some officials in Ukraine even publicly stated that the elderly over 65 years old are not worthy of treatment. At the same time, a collapsed video appeared on the Internet, in which a doctor cried and said that he would unplug an old man's ventilator, which was tantamount to giving up his life.

The terrible thing about COVID-19 is that it directly attacks our lungs. As an essential organ for our breathing, the lung transports oxygen to the capillaries near the lung through alveoli, and the blood vessels transport oxygen to the whole body for breathing, so that we can survive. When novel coronavirus invaded the human body, the lungs as the main battlefield were in chaos in this "war" and human tissues were necrotic. Colloidal secretions fill the trachea and prevent air from reaching the alveoli. Some exudates block the communication between alveoli and blood vessels, making blood unable to take away and transport oxygen in alveoli, resulting in poor breathing. Only through the ventilator can the human body maintain vital signs and get treatment opportunities.

Those abandoned old people, as Europeans who have lived in their own country for more than 60 years, have devoted their lives to the country, but finally they died of abandonment. They lost their breath before they died, so they had to rely on sedatives to relieve their pain. They also want to ask the doctor for help, but no one can help. Everyone's life should not be abandoned, which is the retrogression of civilization and the helplessness of European countries. Thanks to China, thanks to those frontline anti-epidemic personnel, we are glad that we were born in China. May the darkness dissipate as soon as possible and the sun shine on the earth.
