Inner Mongolia autonomous region government construction procurement implementation rules

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 According to the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government Procurement Trial Measures" to develop the implementation of the rules. Goods, as referred to in these Rules, are a wide variety of items, including raw materials, products, equipment and solid, liquid or gaseous objects and electric power, all kinds of technical achievements in the form of patented or non-proprietary commodities, as well as incidental services supplied with the goods. The value of incidental services does not exceed the value of the goods themselves.

Works for the purposes of these Rules means the construction, alteration, demolition, repair or renovation of houses, structures or buildings of all kinds, the installation of equipment, the laying of pipelines and wiring, the decoration and furnishing of the same, and services incidental to the works. The value of the incidental services does not exceed the value of the work itself.

Services referred to in these rules refer to any procurement object other than goods or works, including engineering consulting, engineering design, construction supervision, quality inspection, construction auditing, lawyers' affairs, large-scale scientific and technological research and intermediate test projects, preliminary research and decision-making consulting and research projects, as well as project financing planning. Chapter II Construction Procurement Organization Article IV Management Organization

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government construction procurement in the autonomous region under the unified leadership of the leading group of government procurement. The Construction Procurement Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be the office of the Leading Group of Government Procurement of the Autonomous Region for managing construction procurement, and shall be located in the Development Planning Commission of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The construction procurement of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be specifically organized and implemented by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government Construction Procurement Center. 6. Ecological Environmental protection projects;

7. Municipal engineering projects such as water supply, power supply, gas supply and heat supply;

8. Projects in science and technology, education, culture, sports, health, tourism and social welfare;

9. Commercial housing, including affordable housing;

10. Other infrastructure and public utility projects.

(C) other aspects of the scope determined:

1. State commissioned by the state to arrange for local construction projects and local construction projects arranged by the state;

2. Various types of construction purchases commissioned by all levels of government and administrative, enterprise and public institutions;

3. Autonomous regional government and the Planning Commission to determine the other construction purchases.
