Legal basis: The Chinese People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Civil Affairs Decree No. 49, "Measures for the Management of Elderly Care Institutions. Encourage natural persons, legal persons or other organizations in accordance with the law for the elderly institutions to provide donations and voluntary services.

Article VIII encourages senior care institutions to join the senior care service industry organizations, strengthen industry self-discipline and integrity building, and promote the standardized and orderly development of the industry.
