Article 1 According to the "narcotic drugs", "psychotropic substances" of the relevant provisions, in order to meet the medical needs of medical institutions to facilitate the purchase of narcotic drugs and a class of psychotropic substances, the development of this approach. "Seal card" is valid for three years. Article III of the medical institutions to purchase narcotic drugs according to the dosage form classification and management system. Article 6 The medical institutions shall, before the end of January each year, report the names, specifications and quantities of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances purchased in the previous year to the drug supervision and management departments above the county (including the county) for the record.
