Use a variety of skills in teaching to cultivate students' interest in learning English. English is a new course for junior one students, and most of them are interested in learning. Interest is a teacher! I make full use of students' enthusiasm and curiosity to stimulate their interest and hobby in this course. In addition, we should use a variety of teaching methods in teaching and pay attention to the training of listening, speaking, reading and writing, so as to lay a solid foundation for students to learn English at a higher level in the future.

Lack of reflection

1. There is little organized English teaching in English class, and the questioning language is too simple or repetitive;

2. Classroom activities of "talking in class" still account for a considerable proportion;

3. Some classes pay too much attention to teachers' teaching and fail to deal with the relationship between teaching and practice;
