1. Organize the data. In the later stage of economic benefit analysis, we should sort out and classify all kinds of data, charts and records according to the requirements, and carry out the research of removing the rough and selecting the essence, removing the false and retaining the true, from the outside to the inside;
2. determine the center of the analysis report. On the basis of sorting out the data, determine what is the central topic of the analysis report, and the selected center should be representative and important;
3. Draw up an outline. In the outline, it should be generally stipulated that the report is divided into several parts, the main contents and problems of each part, and the data, materials and attachments that should be listed;
4. Write, revise and finalize. After drafting the outline, you can start to organize the writing. The contents, data and examples of the analysis report should be consistent and integrated, and the wording should be appropriate and moderate. The first draft should be revised several times until it meets the requirements.
