Transformer project acceptance content, standards and methods

This method is based on the "Railway Electric Power Traction Power Supply Construction Code" and "Railway Electric Power Traction Power Supply Project Construction Quality Acceptance Standards" compiled by the preparatory group according to the maintenance section of the equipment to make appropriate changes. The principle of change is to allow each acceptance personnel can familiarize themselves with the content and standards to be accepted, and master the basic method of acceptance. The following is the acceptance of the content, standards and methods:

A, foundation

1, concrete ratio

Contents and standards: check the concrete ratio, should be in line with the design of the specified strength level.

Inspection method: check the construction unit with the ratio test report.

2, center position and top surface elevation

Contents and standards: the foundation project of the measured position and its top surface elevation should be in line with the design requirements, and in line with the provisions of the following table.

Test method: using latitude and longitude and leveling instrument. vertical and horizontal axis center position and top surface elevation inspection. 3, the main equipment foundation test block

Contents and standards: each transformer, circuit breaker should take a group of test blocks, other equipment and structural support foundation for each working day to take no less than a group of concrete test blocks. Test strength should meet the design requirements.

4, pre-embedded bolts

Contents and standards: the diameter of the pre-embedded bolts, exposed length and center distance should be in line with the design requirements, the bolts should be buried vertically, the wire fasteners should be intact, no corrosion phenomenon.

Inspection method: bolt diameter measurement can be measured with vernier calipers. The exposed length and center distance are measured with a steel tape measure.

5, the shape of the foundation

Contents and standards: the surface of the foundation is smooth and clean, the corners are intact, there is no exposed tendons, running slurry and other defects, the ground above the bare foundation should not be external decoration. Foundation dimensions should meet the design requirements, the allowable deviation range shall not exceed +20 ~ 0mm.

Inspection method: foundation dimensions measured with a steel tape measure. Other items are checked visually by the inspector.

Two, structure

1, the structure of the concrete part of the bracket

Contents and standards: frame and bracket of ordinary reinforced concrete poles shall not have longitudinal cracks, transverse crack width should not be greater than 0.1mm; pre-stressed reinforced concrete poles shall not have longitudinal and transverse cracks. The poles shall not have defects such as concrete peeling and exposed reinforcement, and the curvature shall not be greater than 1‰. The width of transverse crack after bearing is less than 0.2mm, the length is not more than 1/3 circumference, and the width of longitudinal crack is less than 0.2mm.

Inspection method: the method of inspection is combined with visual inspection and steel ruler measurement.

2, steel ring

Contents and standards: steel ring connected to the concrete pole weld shall not have cracks, slag and porosity, the biting depth: when the thickness of the steel ring is less than or equal to 10mm, shall not be greater than 0.5mm; when the thickness of the steel ring is greater than 10 mm, shall not be greater than 1mm. forbidden to fill the weld with welding rods or other metals. The top of the pole of the constituent frame shall be blocked; the steel ring or flange at the connection of the pole section shall be anticorrosive. The size of the reinforcing layer of the steel ring welding shall meet the requirements in the following table:

3, steel structure poles and their metal fittings, connecting bolts

Contents and standards: the structural shape and technical specifications of steel structure poles and metal fittings should be in accordance with the design requirements, and the curvature of the grown-up structural parts such as towers and beams should not be more than 1‰. The surface is smooth and clean, the galvanized layer is complete, and there is no corrosion. Screws and nuts with close, complete anti-loosening device.

Inspection method: inspection by visual inspection and measurement with steel tape measure.

4, the quality of door-shaped and H-shaped frame after erection

Contents and standards:

(1) located in a unified installation of the center line of the structure, bracket pole position offset less than 20mm.

(2) into the line and the terminal frames in the line after the inclination shall not be greater than 10 ‰ and shall not be tilted in the direction of the force.

(3) The intermediate structure and equipment support poles are perpendicular to the ground, and the inclination shall not be greater than 3‰.

(4) beam, ladder, low limit frame and equipment bracket installation is firm, fasteners are complete.

Inspection method: check with a wire drop using the plumb line method or latitude and longitude observation.

5, the quality of herringbone frame after set up

Contents and standards:

(1) herringbone frame poles fork angle and root open size should be in accordance with the design provisions, composed of each herringbone frame poles length difference should not be greater than 5mm, the same group of herringbone frame poles should not be greater than 10mm difference in height.

(2) set up after herringbone (2)The herringbone frame after set up, the bisecting line of the angle of its fork should be vertically bisecting the center line of the two foundations.

Inspection method: check with wire drop using plumb-line method or latitude and longitude observation.

6, structure, bracket installed on the metal structure

Contents and standards: structure, bracket installed on the metal structure (beams, ladders, ground frame and equipment bracket, bracket) straight and no deformation, the corrosion layer is intact; all kinds of fasteners specifications, the number of design requirements, the length of the threads exposed to the length of 2 to 5 buckles, the length of the length should be uniform; metal structure of the grounding is now firmly connected, Reliable, consistent arrangement.

Three, shelter and fence

1, shelter and fence door

3, grounding

4, column

5, plate mesh structural components

Contents and standards: steel plate or steel plate mesh should be flat, plate mesh and the border of the welded solid, and no exposed sharp corners and burrs. When the plate mesh and frame are connected by bolts, the specification and number of bolts shall meet the design requirements.

Inspection method: observation and inspection.

6, the overall structure of the welding

Contents and standards: welding should be firm and reliable, the metal surface of the anti-corrosion layer is intact.

Four, lightning arrester

1, specifications, models

Contents and standards: should be consistent with the design. Surge arrester porcelain parts appearance inspection should be free of cracks and damage, porcelain and iron bonding firm, flange connecting surface and surge arrester porcelain parts axis vertical, each section of the assembly sequence of the surge arrester number is accurate and obvious, consistent with the product specification. Lightning arrester base insulation is good, insulation resistance should be in line with the technical provisions of the product.

Inspection method: check the quality documents and conduct appearance inspection.

2, lightning arrester insulation test

Contents and standards: lightning arrester insulation test test qualified, and there is no significant change with the field test report.

Inspection method: measurement with megohmmeter.

3, the state of the equipment after installation

Contents and standards: the installation should be vertical, fixed firmly; equalizing ring should be horizontal, discharge counter should be well sealed, reliable operation. Zinc oxide lightning arrester jet should not face the electrical equipment. Three-phase parallel installation of lightning arrester, its centerline should be located in the same vertical plane; nameplate and discharge counter should be located on the same side for easy observation.

Inspection method: use the wire drop to check whether it is vertical. And check other items by observation.

4, section connection inspection

Contents and standards: tight contact between sections, sealing, equalizing ring, discharge counter installation position in accordance with the provisions; grounding connection is reliable, anti-corrosion coating is intact.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

5, bus leading line

Contents and standards: leading line and lightning arrester connection is firm and reliable, and shall not make the lightning arrester to bear any stress in addition to the weight of the bus.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

V. Lightning rod

1, specifications, models

Contents and standards: should be consistent with the design provisions. Product connection between sections should be in line with the requirements of the provisions of the ordering contract. Lightning rod inter-section connection flange or connecting round steel specifications in line with the design or ordering contract, the diameter and number of flange connection holes in line with the provisions of the relevant standards.

Inspection method: check the quality documents and appearance inspection.

2, the state after installation

Contents and standards: the installation should be vertical and firm, tilt is not more than 3 ‰.

Inspection method: check whether it is vertical with wire drop. And check other items by observation.

3, independent lightning rod grounding

Contents and standards: grounding to meet the design requirements.

Inspection method: grounding method using sampling for inspection.

4, section connection

Contents and standards: section and section connection should be firm, when taking spot welding connection, the weld shall not have cracks, porosity and false welding and other defects, section should be welded no less than two reinforcing steel, reinforcing steel diameter shall not be less than the next section of the diameter of the main lightning rod; when using bolted connection, the fasteners should be complete, fastening should be secure, section should be added to welded ground Spanning reinforcement.

Inspection method: inspection by observation

Six, grounding device

The following inspection project acceptance inspection personnel can be in the construction of grounding device and the construction unit together with the check to confirm. There is no need for separate spot checks. If the construction has been completed, the following items should be checked.

1, the specifications of the grounding pole

Contents and standards: the length and specifications of the grounding pole should be in line with the design requirements for the hard soil zone of the grounding of the extremely striking end should be welded to strengthen the angle. When the grounding body using anticorrosive design, the type of corrosion of the material and the thickness of the anticorrosive layer should be in accordance with the design requirements.

Inspection method: check by observation and measurement with vernier caliper and steel tape measure.

2, grounding resistance (including independent lightning rod)

Contents and standards: grounding resistance in accordance with the design.

Inspection method: grounding resistance tester for measurement. The main ground network to select two points for measurement. Take the average value as the basis for inspection. Each independent lightning rod is measured separately.

3, grounding body buried depth

Contents and standards: in line with the design requirements, when there is no regulation, the top surface of the buried depth should not be less than 0.6m, sidewalk should not be less than 1m.

Inspection method: each substation sampling test 2, with a level meter to measure the depth of grounding body buried. Buried depth to sampling at ground level shall prevail.

4, independent lightning rod grounding device and other equipment safety distance

Contents and standards: and grounding network in the ground distance should not be less than 3m, and the distance from the road or building entrances and exits should be greater than 5m, when it can not meet the requirements, should be taken to equalize the pressure of the measures or paving asphalt pavement.

Lightning rod and grounding network connection point from the transformer or 35KV and the following equipment and grounding network connection point along the ground in the ground shall not be less than 15m.

Inspection method: use a steel tape measure to measure the above distance for inspection.

5, lightning rods and lightning rods, wires equipped with lightning rods, wires on the structure of the lighting cable or wire metal protection tube

Contents and standards: the protection tube should be used directly buried in the ground metal protection tube for protection, the cable's protection tube should be grounded, and its length of the ground in the ground shall not be less than 10m.

6, grounding body connection

Contents and standards: connection should be used spot welding lap connection, lap length: flat steel for its width twice (at least three flute welding edge); round steel for its diameter 6 times (for both sides of the welding). Flat steel in the steel pipe or angle connection, in addition to welding on both sides of the flat steel, but also should be bent into a flat steel body arc or right-angle shape (or welded L-shaped flat steel) and steel pipe or angle welded into a whole. All welds should be firm, there shall be no false or false welding.

7, grounding trunk connection

Contents and standards: grounding trunk should be at least in two different points connected to the grounding network, each device's work grounding and protection of the ground should be separate from the grounding trunk or grounding network is reliably connected to the grounding is strictly prohibited to several parts of the series grounding. All equipment grounding wire exposed to the ground and buried in the ground part should be anticorrosive treatment.

8, cable trench grounding bus laying

Contents and standards: grounding bus laying and grounding network connection should be in line with the design requirements, is strictly prohibited 25KV electrical equipment or device grounding line connected to the cable trench grounding bus.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

9, grounding signs

Contents and standards: grounding line to the building exit should be set up obvious grounding signs or grounding symbols; all need to hang grounding line should be set up at the location of grounding bolts or grounding plates.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

10, electrical equipment should be grounded or zero metal parts

(1) transformers, motors, electrical appliances, portable and mobile electrical appliances and other metal base or shell;

(2) the transmission of electrical equipment;

(3) indoor and outdoor distribution of metal or reinforced concrete frame; near the electrically charged part of the metal cover and metal doors.

(4) power distribution, control, protection of the screen (cabinets, boxes) and the operator's desk and other metal frames and bases;

(5) AC and DC power cable connector box, the terminal head of the metal shell and the cable metal sheath, accessible cable metal protection tube and steel pipe threading, armored control cable sheath;

(6) cable bracket;

(7) secondary windings of transformers;

(8) power equipment mounted on distribution line poles;

(9) enclosures and other exposed metal parts of closed busbars.

11, may not be grounded or zero-connected parts

(1) installed in the distribution panels, control panels and power distribution units on the electrical measurement instrumentation relays and other low-voltage appliances, such as housing, as well as when the insulation is damaged in the support will not cause a dangerous voltage on the insulator's metal base, etc.;

(2) installed in the grounded metal frame of the equipment, equipment should be ensured that Chassis and metal frame contact is good;

(3) rated voltage of 220V and below the battery room metal frame;

(4) and has been grounded between the chassis have reliable electrical contact between the motor and the enclosure of electrical appliances;

seven, reflux line

1, reflux line cable specifications

contents and standards: the overhead laying or underground buried reflux cable or buried underground reflux cable shall be unarmored cable.

2, connection

3, return cable protection tube

Contents and standards: non-conductive protection tube and non-conductive fixture should be used to fix.

4, when using the substation of the railroad turnout line as the return line should be checked

Contents and standards: from the terminal box lead to the rail return flat steel should be connected to the two rails, welded length should not be less than twice the width of the flat steel; as a return flow path of the steel rail, all of the rail joints should be connected with a flat steel span and welded firmly. At the station line turnout, the two turnout rails should be connected with the station line traction rail and kept insulated with the signal rail. The use of flat steel as a return line part of the buried and exposed above ground part should be coated with anti-rust paint.

VIII, oil-immersed transformer, oil-immersed reactor

1, oil-immersed transformer, reactor type, specification

Contents and standards: type and specification should be in line with the design provisions of a variety of information to prove complete. Oil level is normal, phase color sign is correct.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

2, body inspection

Contents and standards: body paint layer is complete without corrosion, accessories and fittings are complete and consistent with the packing list; oil-filled transportation components do not leakage of oil; high and low voltage casing of the ceramic sleeve surface is smooth, no cracks; ceramic and iron bonding is firm, no corrosion, oil-filled casing does not leakage of oil. After the high pressure casing is connected to the busbar, there is no loosening of the top structure. The adsorbent in the moisture absorber and oil purifier is dry, and the pipeline is smooth.

Inspection method: inspection by observation.

3, insulating oil test

Contents and standards: the oil should have been sampling simplified analysis and voltage strength test. Purchased insulating oil before use should be mixed with the body of the insulating oil test.

Inspection method: consult the relevant test report.

4, the body of the other test items test

Contents and standards: high and low voltage casing insulation resistance and AC withstand voltage and non-pure ceramic casing dielectric loss angular tangent tan δ and capacitance value of the test in line with the product design requirements. Insulation resistance and AC withstand voltage test of gas relay and oil flow rate calibration; temperature measurement range of signal thermometer and temperature measurement accuracy calibration. Other test items are also in line with the product requirements.

Inspection method: consult the test report.

5, transformer, reactor core (cover) inspection

Contents and standards: inspection should be no abnormality. And in line with the following provisions:

(1) core bolt and core, yoke and wire clamps between the insulation is good, the core without multi-point grounding phenomenon;

(2) winding insulation is intact, no breakage, dislocation phenomenon, between the phase and between the high and low voltage windings insulation is good; oil circuit is smooth and free of debris, the nails are tightly fastened.

(3) voltage regulator switching device action is correct, the tap and action indicator position is consistent, switching device contact parts in line with the technical provisions of the product.

(4) body of all the bolts are tight, anti-loosening nut locking.

Inspection method: 2500V, 5000V megohmmeter. Switching device is checked with 0.05mm*10mm plug ruler. The rest of the project is checked by observation. This project needs to be completed with the construction unit and equipment manufacturers ****.

6, the state of the transformer after installation

Contents and standards: after the completion of the installation of the oil level indication is normal, the body of the body, accessories and valves should not seepage of oil, all the valves open and close the flexible, position indication is correct; cooling device and temperature measurement device action is accurate and reliable.

Inspection method: check by operation and observation.

7, gas relay installation

Contents and standards: gas relay equipped with transformers, reactors at the manufacturer's provisions, the top cover along the direction of the relay should be 1% ~ 1.5% of the slope of the elevation of the gas flow. Installation direction is correct.

Inspection method: inspection by observation and measurement with a level ruler.

8, flange

Contents and standards: all flange connections are well sealed, the connection surface is flat and clean, no oil seepage; sealing rubber gasket compression is not more than 1/3 of its thickness.

Inspection method: check by observation.

9, cooling fan

Contents and standards: firmly installed, flexible and reliable rotation, no vibration or overheating during operation.

Inspection method: transmission check.

10, diaphragm oil storage cabinet

Contents and standards: oil cabinets in the capsule installed in the correct position, connecting surface sealing is good; the capsule is intact without damage, breathing.

Inspection method: confirmed by checking with the construction unit***.

Nine, the transformer

1, appearance inspection

Contents and standards: specifications and installation location should be consistent with the design, the product nameplate is complete.

Inspection method: consult the design drawings and transformers with the equipment instructions and quality documents.

2, instrumentation test;

Contents and standards:

(1) Measurement of the primary winding on the secondary winding and shell, the secondary winding and the shell of the insulation resistance, and the out of the field test value should be compared with the difference should not be obvious.

(2) Measurement of 35KV and above transformer primary winding together with the casing of the dielectric loss angle tangent tan δ should not exceed the national standard "electrical installation engineering electrical equipment handover test standards" provisions.

(3) check the transformer ratio and three-phase transformer junction group and single-phase transformer and type in accordance with the design requirements, and with the nameplate markings and symbols on the shell.

(4) 35KV and above fixed insulation transformer should be partial discharge test.

Inspection method: the contents of item (1) inspectors to measure before installation. Other items can be accompanied by the test personnel to check and confirm.

3, secondary winding

Contents and standards: transformer ratio and polarity direction should be in accordance with the design, its spare secondary winding should be reliably grounded (voltage transformer spare secondary winding N should be grounded, current transformer spare secondary winding should be short-circuited to ground).

Inspection method: confirmed by observation and inspection.

4, insulating oil

Contents and standards: insulating oil compressive strength test should be consistent with the technical provisions of the product.

Inspection method: check the insulating oil test report and product specifications and field test documents.

5. Installation

Contents and standards: firm installation, base level; side-by-side installation is neatly arranged, and the distance between phases is in accordance with the provisions. Reliable grounding with the bracket, the location of the base line connected to the equipment in accordance with the technical provisions of the product, side-by-side installation of uniform standards.

Inspection method: confirmed by observation and inspection.

Ten, circuit breaker:

1, specifications

Contents and standards: specifications, models, technical standards should be consistent with the design requirements.

Inspection method: check the actual equipment and drawings, design documents against.

2, installation status

Contents and standards: circuit breakers and operating mechanisms should be installed vertically, firmly, and the distance between phases in accordance with the technical provisions of the product. The installation position should be in accordance with the design requirements.

Inspection method: checking by observation and horizontal ruler measurement.

3, stroke, conductive circuit inspection

Contents and standards: circuit breaker conductive rod stroke and overtravel and phase or the same phase of the contact between the breaks of the simultaneity and each phase of the conductive circuit of the resistance value should be consistent with the product's technical provisions.

Inspection method: check the construction side of the inspection records.

4, connecting parts:

Contents and standards: circuit breaker and its drive all connecting parts are connected reliably, anti-loosening nut fastening, locking plate lock, cotter pin skimming.

Inspection method: visual observation and wrench to tighten the connections and nuts.

5, transmission test:

Contents and standards: circuit breaker transmission test is normal, the auxiliary switch and electrical locking device action is accurate and reliable, all transmission components are not blocked. The indication of opening and closing of the circuit breaker is consistent with the actual position.

Inspection method: local, control room, each divided into two checks.

6, action parameters:

Contents and standards: the action parameters of the circuit breaker should be in line with the technical provisions of the product.

Inspection method: check the construction side inspection report.

7, gas pressure

Contents and standards: sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker filled with gas pressure should be consistent with the technical provisions of the product, the pressure sensor action is accurate and reliable.

Inspection method: observe the pressure gauge indication, and the product specification comparison check.

8, insulating oil

Contents and standards: insulating oil level, labeling, pressure strength should be consistent with the product design. Oil-filled parts are well sealed, no oil leakage.

Inspection method: oil level can be observed through the oil level indicator. Insulating oil labeling, compressive strength can consult the construction side of the inspection report. There is no oil leakage can be observed visually.

9, arc extinguishing element

Contents and standards: no damage to the arc extinguishing element, arc extinguishing element for the glass shell structure of the circuit breaker, the arc extinguishing element shell should be intact without air bubbles, no oxidation discoloration of the internal metal fittings or peeling phenomenon.

Inspection method: and equipment construction units and equipment manufacturers installers **** with the check to confirm.

XI, circuit breaker operating mechanism:

1, mechanism box:

Contents and standards: mechanism box is firmly installed, no tilt, good sealing. Box corrosion area shall not exceed 5% of the total area.

Inspection method: visual observation.

2, connecting parts:

Contents and standards: good parts, firmly connected, flexible and reliable.

Inspection method: observation of the action, with a wrench, screwdriver to check the fastening of parts.

3, closing test:

Contents and standards: manual closing, the speed of the operating mechanism should be stable, and the mechanism should be free of stagnation. At the end of closing, the locking device of the mechanism should be able to be reliably buckled to ensure that the circuit breaker and the position indicator are in the closed state. When closing the circuit breaker electrically, the mechanism should not have abnormal sound and shaking phenomenon. At the end of closing, the closing core of the electromagnetic operating mechanism should automatically fall back to its original position; hydraulic and spring actuator should automatically enter the energy storage program.

Inspection method: the actual operation of the inspection, to confirm the operation and sound, the state of the organization are normal.

4, electromagnetic actuator:
