Specific criteria for compulsory scrapping of motor vehicles
Motor vehicles changing their nature of use or transferring their registrations shall be subject to the following requirements for determining their service life and scrapping:
(a) If a passenger vehicle is converted into a passenger vehicle that is operated and a passenger vehicle that is not operated, it shall be scrapped in accordance with the regulations for passenger vehicles that are operated, except that a small or miniature passenger vehicle that is not operated or a large car that is not operated shall be converted into a passenger vehicle that is operated. Passenger cars, should be in accordance with the formula set out in Annex 1 to this provision of the cumulative service life, and shall not exceed 15 years;
(2) different types of operating passenger cars converted to each other, in accordance with the more stringent provisions of the service life of the end-of-life;
(3) small and miniature rental passenger cars and motorcycles need to be transferred out of the registration of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, in accordance with the use of the service life of the more stringent provisions of the end-of-life;
(4) small and miniature rental passenger cars and motorcycles need to transfer out of the registered provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, according to the provisions of the service life of the end-of-life Stricter provisions of the scrapping;
(d) dangerous goods transportation trucks, semi-trailers and other trucks, semi-trailers convert each other, in accordance with the provisions of the dangerous goods transportation trucks, semi-trailers scrapped.
From the requirements of this provision within 1 year (including 1 year) of the use of motor vehicles, may not change the nature of the use, transfer of ownership or transfer out of the registration place of the municipal administrative region.
The state guides the scrapping of motor vehicles that have reached a certain mileage.
To reach the following mileage of motor vehicles, their owners can sell the motor vehicle to the end-of-life motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises, the end-of-life motor vehicle recycling and dismantling enterprises in accordance with the provisions of the registration, dismantling, destruction and other processing, and will be scrapped motor vehicle registration certificates, license plates, driving licenses to the public security organs of the traffic management department for cancellation:
(a) small, miniature taxi passenger car driving 600,000 kilometers, medium-sized passenger cars for hire 500,000 kilometers, large passenger cars for hire 600,000 kilometers;
(ii) leased passenger cars 600,000 kilometers;
(c) small and medium-sized coach passenger cars 500,000 kilometers, large coach passenger cars 600,000 kilometers;
(d) public transport passenger cars 400,000 kilometers )
(v) other small and micro-operating passenger cars traveling 600,000 km, medium-sized operating passenger cars traveling 500,000 km, large operating passenger cars traveling 800,000 km;
(vi) special school buses traveling 400,000 km;
(vii) small and micro-operating non-operating passenger cars and large non-operating sedans traveling 600,000 km, medium-sized non-operating passenger vehicles travel 500,000 kilometers, large non-operating passenger vehicles travel 600,000 kilometers;
(viii) micro trucks travel 500,000 kilometers, light and medium trucks travel 600,000 kilometers, heavy trucks (including semi-trailers and full-trailers) travel 700,000 kilometers, hazardous materials transportation trucks travel 400,000 kilometers, and low-speed trucks fitted with multi-cylinder engines travel 30
(ix) special operations vehicles, wheeled special machinery vehicles travel 500,000 km;
(x) three-wheeled motorcycles travel 100,000 km, other motorcycles travel 120,000 km.
Motor vehicles are automobiles, trailers, motorcycles and wheeled special-purpose machinery vehicles on the road; non-operating passenger cars are passenger cars for personal use by individuals or units that do not aim to make a profit; hazardous materials transportation of goods vehicles are vehicles specially designed for the transportation of toxic chemicals, explosives, radioactive substances, corrosive substances and other hazardous materials; change of the nature of the use of the use of the nature of the use of the operation from Change in the nature of use refers to the nature of use by the operating or non-operating or non-operating to operating, small, micro-rental, leasing, coaching, and other different types of operating passenger cars between each other, as well as hazardous materials transportation of goods vehicles to other goods vehicles. Article IX Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central People's Government departments concerned in accordance with Article 5 of these provisions of the small, miniature rental passenger cars or motorcycles, the use of the life of the standard, shall be promptly announced to the community, and reported to the State Council commerce, public security, environmental protection and other departments for the record.
