What is an air switch?

Air switch is an electrical protection device, which is mainly used to protect circuits and electrical equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults. This is an automatic switch. When the circuit fails, the air switch can automatically cut off the circuit, thus protecting electrical equipment and personal safety. The working principle of air switch is to use the interaction of electromagnetic force and mechanical force to cut off or connect the circuit.

Application scenario of air switch

Air switches are widely used in various electrical equipment and power systems, such as houses, industrial plants, commercial buildings, transportation, medical and health fields. At home, air switches are often used to protect electrical equipment such as air conditioners, televisions and computers. In industrial production, air switches are mainly used to protect various motors, generators, transformers and other equipment. Air switches are also widely used in power systems, such as substations, distribution rooms and cable lines.

Operating steps of air switch

1. Power on: Connect the power cord of the air switch to the power socket.

2. Adjust the rated current: according to the rated current of electrical equipment, adjust the rated current of air switch to match the electrical equipment.

3. Install the air switch: Install the air switch in the electrical equipment or circuit, and pay attention to the correct wiring.

4. Turn on the air switch: Turn on the switch knob or button of the air switch to make it work.

5. Monitoring circuit: Monitor whether there are faults such as overload and short circuit in the circuit.

6. Automatically cut off the circuit: When the circuit fails, the air switch can automatically cut off the circuit, thus protecting the electrical equipment and personal safety.
