2. Do a good job in incoming call registration management. Registration includes general registration such as age, gender, course of disease, medical history, disease type, address, telephone number, intention to see a doctor, care content, and directional registration such as intention to see a doctor, health consultation, price comparison, consumption habits, economic situation and personnel type.

3. Master the environment inside and outside the hospital, department layout, personnel status, expertise of experts, technical projects, instruments and equipment, charging prices, business dynamics, etc., and often take the initiative to communicate and contact with relevant departments frequently, update relevant information in a timely manner, so as to be accurate, and the expert consultation telephone should be transferred in time and accurately.

4. Be familiar with the business knowledge of major specialties and the contents of advertisements in each issue.
