(I) Tongren College New Campus
The newly planned and constructed Tongren College is located at the southern end of the education park, covering an area of 650 mu, with a school scale of 6,500 students, a total construction area of 161,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 429 million yuan. We are striving to build the new Tongren College into a comprehensive and multidisciplinary undergraduate college with influence and characteristics in the eastern part of Guizhou and even in the whole Wuling Mountain Region.
(II) New Campus of Tongren Vocational College
The newly planned and constructed Tongren Vocational College is located at the southern end of the Education Park, covering an area of 782 acres, with a school scale of 10,000, a total construction area of 275,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 286 million yuan. The first phase has invested 170 million yuan in construction funds, built public **** teaching areas, libraries, sports areas, student living areas and other buildings of nearly 80,000 square meters, has been occupied by 9,000 students. The second phase of construction is expected to be completed in the first half of next year. Recently, the school was awarded by the Ministry of Education as "National Higher Vocational Backbone Institutions" and "National Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Development Model Schools".
(C) Sinan Normal New Campus
The newly planned and constructed Sinan Normal is located on the east side of the comprehensive commercial service area of the education park, covering an area of 330 mu, with a school scale of 4,000 students, a total construction area of 102,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 194 million yuan. According to the standard of national higher teacher training college, it will acquire land, plan and design in one time and build in two phases. The first phase is expected to invest 170 million yuan in construction funds and accommodate 2,000 students upon completion.
(D) Tongren No. 1 Middle School new campus
New planning and construction of Tongren No. 1 Middle School is located in the education park in the northern part of the commercial integrated service area, the first phase of the school scale of 5,000, the second phase of up to 7,200, covering an area of 350 acres, with a total floor area of 8.8 square million square meters, with a total investment of about 276 million yuan.
(E) Tongren Hospital new site
Newly planned and constructed Tongren Hospital is located in the eastern end of the education park, designed as a comprehensive medical area, special section area, rehabilitation and convalescence area and research and administrative area. Covering an area of 251 acres, with a total construction area of 139,000 square meters, it has 1100 beds and meets the national standard of "three A" hospital. The total investment is about 476 million yuan.
