Workers to accept the occupational health examination shall be regarded as normal attendance.

The employer shall select the medical and health institutions approved by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial level to undertake the occupational health examination, and ensure the authenticity of the identity of the workers participating in the occupational health examination. Employers shall truthfully provide documents and information when entrusting occupational health inspection organizations to conduct occupational health inspections of workers engaged in operations exposed to occupational disease hazards.

The employer shall not arrange for workers who have not undergone a pre-employment occupational health examination to engage in operations exposed to the hazards of occupational diseases, and shall not arrange for workers with occupational contraindications to engage in operations for which they are contraindicated.
