1. 5. For people coming (returning) to Banyan from other low-risk counties (cities, districts, and flags) in the city where the medium- and high-risk areas are located: on the basis of the green code of the health code and a normal temperature, they can enter (return) to Banyan with a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and carry out a nucleic acid test once within 24 hours after arriving at the destination of the city and self-health monitoring for 14 days.
6. 9.
