During pregnancy, breastfeeding and medical treatment, the employer shall not terminate the labor contract. Workers can ask the hospital to issue a certificate and ask for leave with the certificate. If a female worker is not competent for her original job because of pregnancy, she has the right to ask the employer to reduce the workload or arrange other suitable jobs according to the certificate of the medical department. Prenatal examination during working hours shall be counted as working hours.

Female workers shall not be arranged to engage in activities with the third-level physical labor intensity and pregnancy taboos stipulated by the state during pregnancy. Female workers who have been pregnant for more than seven months shall not be arranged to extend their working hours or work at night.
Second, under what circumstances can I be forced to work overtime?
1, natural disasters, accidents or other reasons seriously threaten people's safety and health and national assets and need urgent treatment;
2, production equipment, transportation lines, public facilities failure, affecting production and public interests, must be repaired in time;
3. The equipment must be maintained during legal holidays or public property;
4, in order to complete the national defense emergency task, or to complete other emergency production tasks arranged by the superior in the state plan, as well as the urgent task of commercial and supply and marketing enterprises to complete the acquisition, transportation and processing of agricultural and sideline products in the peak season.
