The use of constant temperature incubator and precautions

Constant temperature incubator produced by different manufacturers. There is a difference in the use of methods, can not be generalized, this kind of thing and the refrigerator is also different two different things. Kangheng DNP series as an example, I say the use of methods:

Controller power on, the display window on the upper row shows "index number and version number", the lower row shows "range value" about 3 seconds after entering the normal display state.

2. Temperature and thermostatic time reference and setting

1) If there is no thermostatic timing function:

Click the "Setting" button to enter the temperature setting state, the lower row of the display window displays the prompt "SP", the upper row displays the temperature setting value (first digit), the upper row displays the temperature setting value (first digit). Display temperature setting value (first digit value blinking), can be shifted, increased, reduced key to modify the desired setting value; and then click "set" key, exit this setting state, the modified setting value is automatically saved. If no key is pressed within 1 minute in this setting state, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.

2) If there is a thermostatic timing function

Click the "Set" button to enter the temperature setting state, the lower row of the display window displays the prompt "SP", the upper row displays the temperature setting value (the first digit of the value of the blinking), the method of modification is the same as above; And then click "Set" key, enter into the constant temperature time setting state, the lower row of the display window shows the prompt "ST", the upper row displays the set value of the constant temperature time (first digit value blinking); and then click "Set" key, exit this setting state. Then click "Set" key to exit the setting state, and the modified setting value will be saved automatically.

When the thermostat time is set to "0", it means that there is no timer function, the controller runs continuously, and the lower row of the display window shows the temperature setting value; when the setting time is not "0", the lower row of the display window shows the running time or the temperature setting value (see VII. Internal parameter table-2 in the running time display mode (the value of parameter ndt)), when the running time is displayed, the lower row of the decimal point is lit, and so on the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the timer starts to time, the lower row of the decimal point blinking, the timing time to the end of the run, the lower row of the display window displays "End", the buzzer beeps, beeps for 1 minute. The buzzer will beep and beep for 1 minute and then stop beeping. After the end of the run, long press the "reduce" key for 3 seconds to restart the run.

Note: In the process of timing, if you increase the temperature setting value, the meter starts from 0 to re-timing, if you reduce the temperature setting value, the meter continues to keep timing.

3. Sensor Abnormal Tips

If the upper row of the display window shows "----", it means that the temperature sensor is faulty or the temperature exceeds the measuring range or the controller itself is faulty, the controller will automatically disconnect the heating output, the buzzer will continuously chirp and the alarm light will be on constantly, so please check the temperature sensor and its wiring carefully.

4. upper deviation over-temperature prompt, the buzzer beep, beep beep beep, "ALM" prompt light is always on; lower deviation prompt, the buzzer beep, beep beep beep beep, "ALM" prompt light blinking, if due to the change of the temperature setting value and the generation of the over-temperature prompt, "ALM" prompt light, "ALM" prompt light is always on. If the over-temperature is caused by changing the temperature setting value, "ALM" prompts the lamp to light up, but the buzzer does not chirp.

5. When the buzzer sounds, you can press any key to silence it.

6. "Shift" key: In the setting state click on this key can make the set value shift blinking modification.

7. "Decrease" key: In the setting state click on this key can make the set value decreasing, long press this key can make the set value continuously decreasing.

8. "Increase" key: Clicking this key in the setting state can make the set value incremental, and long-pressing this key can make the set value continuously incremental.

9. If no key is pressed within 1 minute in the setting state, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.

Daily use, maintenance and repair

1. It is forbidden to invert the constant temperature incubator during transportation.

2. Do not change the setting value frequently in use, so as not to affect the control precision and the service life of the equipment.

3. The experimental items should be 10cm away from the ventilation holes during use to avoid the ventilation being affected.

4. temperature upper limit alarm measurement temperature value, the factory default setting of 20 degrees, users need to change the user please refer to (internal parameter table -1) to reset,

5. this machine in the door puller with a power switch, if a failure occurs in operation, please cut off the power supply, check whether the control circuit is intact, and then check the other parts of the machine. (See wiring diagram)

6. Always close the inner door and tighten the glass door puller, then close the box door. The unit may not operate at maximum performance if the inner door and case door are not closed. When closing the door, please be careful not to damage the door sealing mechanism by excessive force.

7. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not use corrosive solutions to wipe the exterior, the inside of the box can be wiped with a dry cloth or alcohol to keep the box clean.

8. When the equipment is not in use, the box should be kept dry, and cut off the power supply.

9. In order to ensure that the temperature inside the box is uniform, you should always check whether the fan inside the box is running normally. During the experiment, the items in the box should not be placed too closely and do not block the fan air outlet, in order to facilitate the circulation of airflow in the box.

10. Do not touch, collision box temperature sensor probe, may cause the temperature out of control.

11. Be sure to fix the partition, or the culture may be damaged.

12. Be careful to open the inner glass door, do not press on the glass door, it may cause injury to the personnel.

13. Do not lean on the door to prevent the equipment from tipping over or the door from breaking, resulting in injury to personnel and damage to the equipment.
