2), a step of curing by hot-pressing molding: the carbon fiber material that has been pre-impregnated with a resin is hot-pressed and cured to obtain a carbon fiber sheet on a hot-pressing molding machine, with a hot-pressing time of 10 to 20min. Hot pressing time is 10~20min, hot pressing temperature is 80~160℃, hot pressing pressure is 2~8MPa, and then cool down and open the mold;
3), processing: the carbon fiber sheet will be processed on CNC to cut edges, drill holes and other processing into the required structure;
4), in-mold injection molding steps: firstly, a layer of hot melt adhesive will be coated on the carbon fiber sheet, and then, after drying, the carbon fiber sheet will be processed into the required structure.
4), in-mold injection molding step: firstly, a layer of hot melt adhesive is coated on the carbon fiber sheet, after baking and drying, the processed carbon fiber sheet is put into the injection mold of the injection molding machine for injection molding to form a product;
5), the surface treatment step: the product will be sprayed on the surface of the surface of the appearance of the oil, sanding and printing.
