One, two, three, four levels of adverse events reported time

Definition of Adverse Events: Adverse events are defined as all events that result in medically induced injuries that, contrary to the natural progression of the disease, prolong the patient's stay in the hospital and result in disability, including both preventable and non-preventable adverse events. Unpreventable adverse events are non-preventable injuries caused by proper medical practice; preventable adverse events are injuries caused by medical treatment due to unguarded errors or equipment malfunctions

Adverse event of the first degree, a warning event, death of a patient vital organ damage.

Second level, damage to patient's bodily functions, reported within two hours for first and second level.

Third level a little damage without special treatment.

Level IV has been corrected before the occurrence of Level III and IV reported within 24-48 hours.
