2, the phenomenon of gender discrimination in society is still very serious, most of the units refused to recruit girls, increasing the difficulty of employment of female graduates of our school.

3, the concept of student employment is still to be emancipated. For example, students aspire to employment in big cities, not willing to local or remote county employment. Although some employers need our graduates, but because of the distance from the city, many students are not willing to go. And because of the distance, students to go to the internship inspection is also much inconvenience, narrowing the choice.

4, our graduates are mostly from rural areas, the family economic difficulties, there is not enough economic resources to support individuals to participate in job fairs or interviews around the country, which also brings a lot of resistance to employment.
