Dehong Prefecture People's Hospital, formerly known as Luxi Ethnic Hospital, was built in 1954, upgraded to Dehong Prefecture Ethnic Hospital in August 1957, and renamed in August 1999 as Dehong Prefecture People's Hospital. Founded 46 years ago, in the party committees and governments at all levels of concern, the hospital continues to develop, has become a fully functional modern general hospital.
