Military Transport Aviation Command (61st Air Force Group) is organized into 2 divisions and equipped with about 280 transport aircraft of IL-76M/MD, AN-12, AN-22, AN-124 types.

The Air Force Aviation Training School has 5 schools, equipped with about 1150 trainer aircraft.
