Shangrao is located in the east of Jiangxi Province, since ancient times, enjoys the reputation of "mountain richness and preciousness" and "superior richness". She has a long history, rich resources and beautiful mountains and rivers, with majestic and magnificent landscapes, various scenic spots and monuments, and unique ecological and cultural tourism. It has Poyang Lake with vast waves, Sanqing Mountain with high clouds, Wuyuan, the most beautiful countryside in China, Shangrao Concentration Camp which is a national key martyrs' memorial building, and Wannian Immortal Cave which is the origin of China's rice cultivation culture, and so on. Among the many distinctive scenic spots, Sanqingshan is their outstanding representative.
